Graduate of film directing from the Ljubljana Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television. He writes fiction, screenplays and stage plays. His collection of short stories Vevericam nič ne uide [Nothing Will Escape the Squirrels] was nominated for best first book and won him the Zlata Ptica Award whilst his debut novel Camera obscura was nominated for Kresnik Award. He also writes screenplays and plays, and works as a director.
